Must Garment Textile exports to more than 15 countries of the world in Europe, Asia, Africa and America.
All working processes from designing to packaging are organized in our factory located in Istanbul. With our factory situated in large area and qualified workforce of our employees, we are in a much stronger position to produce the garments for our domestic and international customers. The estimated production capacity of our factory is 5000pcs per day for childrenswear, womenswear and menswear using the high quality materials and production techniques.
Sampling Process -Designing the pattern upon customer’s request. -Sewing the samples in line with the pattern. -Sending the sample to customer after quality control.
Purchase Order After the sample is confirmed by the customer, we determine accessorizes and lenght in meter for fabric according to order quantities and start production.
Cutting Department We start cutting the fabric controlling sample’s pattern.
Sewing Department All sewing processes are completed in our factory under the control of our inspectors
Accessorize Department Quality control of the sample before sending them to washing house.
Washing Department After customer confirm the preparatory work before production with the aim of avoiding risks, we start washing the goods.
Ironing/Packaging Department All of our products are ironed and packaged after going through a comprehensive inspection. (measurement control, washing control etc.)
Delivery Delivering the goods, put in boxes, in reference to customer’s request.
Must Garment Textile has established its showroom in its Istanbul head office in order to offer special designs to its customers.
Our expert designer team, which closely follows the trend-setting international fairs, offers our customers new ideas in fabric, printing, embroidery and accessory details. Must Garment Textile also provides capcule collection support to its customers with special designs.
